A degree is a great springboard into the business world. But graduating with a set of extra skills on top is even greater for your career. Especially when you've gained those skills from one of the world's leading management consulting, technology services and outsourcing companies. Accenture's Horizons scheme can give you that advantage – and more.

Our eight-month scheme will take you deep inside businesses that we're helping to become higher performers – to explore how organisations can be transformed through business and technological innovation. It's hands-on learning all the way but we'll pay you a salary of £18,000 (pro rata) for all your hard work. Plus, there's a £500 relocation allowance to set yourself up in London.

If you impress, you could also earn a place on our three-year development programme. This will give you £3,000 a year towards your university tuition fees, soft skills training and the chance to join us on our Summer Vacation Scheme. There's even the opportunity to join our Analyst Consulting Group after graduating.
